The NHS Friends and Family Test is a national initiative designed to indicate how well, or badly, individual services within the NHS are performing in the eyes of our patients. This information is helpful in improving the overall service and shows what is important to patients.
We use a third party organisation called I want Great Care and they treat all information in the strictest confidence and your individual data will never be shared with us so you can be confident your input will be treated anonymously.
