You can access a dedicated blood test clinic located at: The Medical Centre, Great Sutton, Old Chester Road, CH66 3NZ
Appointments are available from 8am until 5pm Monday to Friday and must be booked on line; you can do this yourself or your GP receptionists can do this for you. You won’t need to take any additional documentation such as blood forms; you simply give your name, date of birth and address details to the clinic.
